I am a local. I live and work on the island because I love it. I've lived here at least part-time for 45 years. This benefits you because:

After spending 20 years living in other states for my education and some of my early career positions, I moved back to the Shore in 1992 and have lived and followed real estate trends here since. During this time, I have been teaching Marketing at Ocean County College for 13 years, where I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Business Studies. I bring all of my business education and experience together with my knowledge of the area to help you with what is often the largest purchase decision a person makes in their lifetime.

To be a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey, you are simply required to have a high school diploma and pass a state mandated test. I feel my clients benefit because I far exceed those minimum requirements.

I have an undergraduate degree (With Distinction in Psychology) from Boston University, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. In addition I earned my M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. I put in several years towards earning my doctorate in Business Administration before teaching at the University of Maryland in the early 1980's. I have run businesses of my own, been a project manager for different companies as well as serving as a management trainer and Total Quality Management consultant. In this capacity I have taught courses and seminars in Stress Management, Improving Personal Productivity and Goal Setting.

In addition to my formal education and business background, I have been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 30 years. The calm and patience I have attained from those disciplines help me more effectively negotiate on your behalf and reduce the stress usually associated with buying and selling properties. This is why so many people feel so comfortable working with me from the outset.
